Is children’s spontaneous improvisation in music/dance encouraged?
When children sing, or play instruments, or dance, or experiment with sounds spontaneously - creating and improvising - are they encouraged or discouraged? Consider that sometimes such spontaneous actions may not always fit with what adults, or other children, are trying to do!
